The whole process from start to finish was professional, courteous, & expedited. After waiting over a week for another company to just give us a call to set up an appointment I heard about M&MS, called and Ms. Deborah was able to get a technician out the same day and sent a pre-visit email detailing costs and an e-book on mold (great value add)!
Mr. Steve arrived, completed a thorough inspection and was a wealth of knowledge in everything mold! I was worried about some spores that had popped up in what will be our first child’s nursery and he put all our worries at ease! He was professional and didn’t talk down to me as I was very mold ignorant. I greatly appreciated the work & level of service, 10/10 would recommend & ask for Mr. Steve!
